ABOUT SES
SES, or the Senior Experten Service, is Germany’s leading volunteering organisation that provides mentoring services to organisations worldwide. SES, uses the services of experts, who are either retired or taking time off work.
They use their sound knowledge and extensive professional experience to provide advice and mentoring to all types of services and industries.
HOW IT WORKS
Through the SES Program, German experts spend periods ranging from a minimum of 3 weeks, to a maximum of 6 months, transferring their knowledge and skills to local organisations.
The program itself is fully sponsored. The Client covers these costs (full board, lodging, local transport, airport shuttles, interpreter if needed, and a daily allowance of US$10 or local equivalent)
